Equipment Documentation - Compilation of operation and maintenance
manuals of new equipment, warranties, drawings, sequences, operating
instructions, and emergency procedures.
Project Documentation - Compilation of project documentation including
sign offs, permits, clearances, certificates, and letters.
Site Documentation - Verification to ensure that contractor site
documentation responsibilities have been met (e.g., pipe labeling,
wire labels, warning signs, etc.).

Measurement and Verification - Measurement and Verification of energy
savings following recognized guidelines including International Performance
